I certify that I am the legal owner of the property/vehicle or have the legal right to authorize work on it.
I understand that while every effort will be made to prevent damage, certain locksmithing procedures carry inherent risks of minor cosmetic or functional damage to the property or vehicle, including but not limited to locks, surrounding hardware, paint, or electronics.
I hereby release and hold harmless SOS Lock & Key Inc and its agents, employees, and subcontractors from any and all liability for damages or claims resulting from the services performed.
I assume full responsibility for any liability and damages that may arise from my request for entry.
All hardware carries a 6-month limited warranty that is purchase through the SOS Lock & Key Corporation.
